The Job Description
- Monitor progress and tasks according to the proposed process
- Understand and communicate system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members in sending questions to customers and monitor and resolve problems.
- Check and confirm tasks are completed before releasing the demo or official version of the product
- Manage work-related files and lists; Manage meeting schedules with customers
- Support superiors in carrying out work-related organizational activities
- Summarize the situation and respond to customers
- Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform about problems related to team members, projects, customers,...
Your Skills and Experience
- Female candidates are preferred
- University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
- Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
- Have 2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
- Good written and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
- Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
